To qualify for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at support@rizha.co.uk. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility requirements for return. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, we will proceed with processing your refund.

2. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when you contact us. We will process the exchange, subject to stock availability.
